Refund policy

OGE 4X4 products are disposable by design, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or normal use.

1. Eligible Refunds / Replacements

We only provide refunds or replacements for:

  • Items damaged during shipping
  • Items received defective or unusable

2. How to File a Claim

Claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Order number
  • Description of issue
  • Clear photos of damaged packaging and product

3. Resolution Options

If approved, you may choose:

  • Full refund of affected items, OR
  • Replacement shipment at no cost

4. Important Notes

  • Claims after 3 days are not eligible
  • Minor packaging damage does not qualify
  • Refunds take 5–10 business days to process
